Biography

     Anne Shaw is the author of Undertow, winner of the 2007 Lexi Rudnitsky Poetry Prize. Her work has appeared
     and is forthcoming in numerous journals, including New American Writing, Verse, Beloit Poetry Journal, Gulf Coast,
     Black Warrior Review,
and Green Mountains Review. She has also been featured on Poetry Daily and From the Fishouse.
     A graduate of Yale and George Mason University, Shaw currently lives in Providence, Rhode Island. She
     and her pit bull enjoy scaring small children and eating chicken bones from under picnic tables.
